1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use TryOff. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. What TryOff Does

TryOff uses artificial intelligence to generate visual previews of outfits, hairstyles, facial hair styles, and skin analysis results based on photos you upload. Results are AI-generated approximations for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate representations of real-world outcomes.

3. Your Content and Photos

• You retain ownership of any photos you upload to TryOff.
• By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that photo solely to generate your requested AI try-on or analysis result.
• You confirm that any photo you upload is either of yourself or that you have the right and permission to upload it.
• You must not upload photos of any other person without their explicit consent, and must never upload photos of minors other than your own children where you are their parent/legal guardian.
• We do not use your uploaded photos to train shared AI models unless you separately and explicitly opt in.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Use TryOff to create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content about any person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App or its underlying AI systems
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• TryOff offers free and paid subscription tiers (Premium/Pro) as described in the App.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with Google Play's billing policies.
• Refunds are handled per Google Play's standard refund policy unless otherwise required by local law.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Results produced by TryOff are generated by artificial intelligence and are approximations, not guarantees. TryOff is not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice. Skin analysis results are for general informational purposes only and should not be used to self-diagnose or treat any medical condition.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by TryOff Atelier and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryOff Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence.
