Photos you upload:When you use TryOff's outfit try-on, hairstyle, beard, or skin analysis features, you upload photos of yourself. These photos are processed solely to generate your requested AI results.
Account information: Name, email address, and profile details provided during account creation.
Usage data: Feature interactions, try-on history, and credit balance limits to improve application reliability and support.
Device and technical data: Operating system version, app build, and crash diagnostics collected automatically for stability.
Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Google Play; we do not store raw credit card numbers directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate requested AI try-on, haircut, beard, and skin analysis results.
To maintain account authentication and subscription entitlement status.
To optimize AI model performance in anonymized or aggregated format.
To deliver responsive customer support.
To send critical operational service messages.

3. Photo Processing and Retention

Uploaded photos are processed strictly to render your requested try-on output.
Photos are processed through encrypted cloud infrastructure and authorized AI compute nodes under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Photos are retained securely for up to 30 days or until deleted directly within the app history.
We do not sell photos or share them with third-party advertisers.

4. Legal Basis and Special Category Data

Under EU/UK GDPR and applicable biometric privacy laws, facial photos may be recognized as sensitive biometric data. We process photos based on your explicit consent granted when choosing to upload a photo and launch a style transformation feature. You may withdraw consent anytime by deleting your photos or account.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared strictly with:

Cloud hosting & AI infrastructure partners under strict data security agreements.
Payment gateway providers (Google Play Billing) for subscription verification.

Account data is retained while your account remains active. You can initiate full account and data purge anytime inside the app or by reaching out to support.
